At Best Choice Carpet Cleaning Inc, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we want to make it right. Our 30-day refund policy ensures that you can trust us with your home or business.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of service completion
- You have first allowed us the opportunity to re-service the area of concern
- The issue is related to the quality of our work, not pre-existing conditions
- The affected area has not been treated or cleaned by another service provider
Re-Service Option
Before processing a refund, we ask that you allow us to return and address any concerns. In most cases, we can resolve issues quickly and to your complete satisfaction during a re-service visit at no additional cost. This visit must be scheduled within 7 days of reporting the issue.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Call us at (605) 941-1974 or email ryanvandonge@bestchoicecarpet.com within 30 days of your service date.
- Describe the Issue: Provide details about your concern and, if possible, photos of the affected areas.
- Schedule Re-Service: We will arrange a convenient time to return and address the issue.
- Refund Decision: If the re-service does not resolve your concern, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amounts
Refund amounts are determined based on the nature and extent of the issue:
- Full Refund: Issued when our service significantly fails to meet the agreed-upon standards despite re-service attempts.
- Partial Refund: Issued when issues affect only a portion of the serviced area or are partially attributable to pre-existing conditions.
- Service Credit: In some cases, we may offer credit toward future services as an alternative to a cash refund.
Exclusions
Our refund policy does not cover:
- Stains that were identified as potentially permanent before service
- Damage or wear that existed prior to our service
- Issues arising from customer misuse or neglect after service
- Services performed over 30 days ago
- Situations where a third party has treated the area after our service
- Normal re-soiling from regular use after a reasonable period
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Cash or check payments will be refunded by company check mailed to your address on file.
