Scheduling and Cancellations
To ensure efficient service delivery, we have established the following policies:
- Appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests
Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
- Ensure safe access to the areas requiring service
- Remove fragile or valuable items from areas to be cleaned
- Inform us of any known issues with flooring, furniture, or materials
- Secure pets during service appointments
- Be present or designate a representative during service
Payment Terms
Payment for services is subject to the following terms:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks
- Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual work performed
- Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees
Limitation of Liability
Best Choice Carpet Cleaning Inc takes great care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that become apparent after cleaning. Our liability for any damage caused by our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for color changes, shrinkage, or other effects resulting from the cleaning process on old, worn, or defective materials.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover stains that could not be removed as discussed prior to service or damage from pre-existing conditions.

Governing Law
